Really, the tastiest pibil I've made yet. Thanks Kevin!
I even made my own corn tortillas. No tortilla press yet, so I used a rolling pin. (So if they look a little wonky, give me a break!)

Wonky is good!!!!

Geez Gary, I can't pronounce half the stuff you cook, but would like to eat some of all the things you cook!
Beautiful food and pics!

amazing. And nice work by not putting that great looking pork on one of those old el paso or mission tortillas. Fresh is always best!

naw, you don't need a press. Looks like the woman on the masa sack is content enough with doing them over a campfire, by hand, with her eyes closed

Everything looks great!

You can not go wrong with Kevins recipe. 100% had to be perfect, I believe those images everything. Gary, these tortillas ... Just an honest cook! Perfect photo of course, as always.

Thanks to all for the kind words of support. This was one of the easiest and most delicious smokes I've done in a awhile.

Bob, you crack me up. Just follow Kevin's recipe on the link and make it! All you need is four lbs of pork butt. I'll mail you the annatto seeds for the achiote paste if you need them.

That's funny Peter. That's precisely the exam for tortilla making 101!
