Chuck Steaks On The OTG

I cooked up a couple of chuck steaks on my 22 1/2" OTG.
I cut each of them into 3 pieces and put on some fresh crushed black pepper and sea salt.
Easy, quick and yummy!

On the kettle.

Done.

kurt, i think you're thinking of chuck EYE steaks.... big difference between chuck steaks and chuck eyes.

Part of it is tender and part is fatty. They do taste yummy!
