Chuck Eye Steak and Lobster

Chuck eye steak seasoned with Tatonka Dust and topped with blue cheese crumbles, lobster seasoned with Seafood Splash and garlic and herb potatoes seasoned with Big Poppa's Desert Gold seasoning. Cold smoked the steaks with oak for an hour, lobster and potatoes were grilled and then a quick sear of the steaks... this meal was delicious!

Your steak is awesome! What do you mean " i cold smoked the steak" ? Any secret process to share with us???

I just don't fire up the grill and use the cook chamber of the grill for smoking prior to grilling using pellets in a tube smoke generator.
 
Delicious looking plate Marty....I tried lobster tail on my grill and failed terribly, you however have it perfected.
