First let me wish my forum family a Merry Christmas!!

All of you have become a part of my life!! Anyway - On to the cook!!
The menu:
Grilled Rack of Lamb with a Red Wine Reduction
Brussels Sprouts with Onion - dusted with Penzey's Tuscon Sunset
Smoked Garlic Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes
Picked up a Rack of Lamb - Frenched it a little more and trimmed it up a bit with some cross-hatching on the fat cap.

Seasoned it with some Penzey's Turkish seasoning and let it get happy in the fridge for awhile

Sprouts and Taters in CI's ready for the grill


Taters going with some Kiawe wood for smoke
