I will not contest your evaluation of said loin.Rotisserie bacon wrapped stuffed pork loin was quite good.
At 6:15 tonight I remembered the squash and it was still on the grill. It was done. Quite, quite done.The rib roast is on the 22" rotisserie and the acorn squash will be going on the 18" BBK before too long.
So basically you just put a hunk of meat on the fire and Pammi did everything else.I did a ham on the JJ. Pammi made mashed taters, dressing, green bean casserole (Alton Brown’s recipe), gravy from scratch, crescent rolls and 2 kinds of pie, pecan and pumpkin.

I wanted steaks so they cut them for me about 1 1/2 thick on sale for 9.99 a pound. Best ribeyes I have ever had even my wife made a comment, froze the bones and a few steaks need to figure out what to do with the bones had some decent meat on them.
