Wasn't the Christmas we planned all year, my son had to get a couple wisdom teeth pulled and one was infected. Because he's a kidney transplant recipient, infections are scary. We gave him a Blackstone Grill and he and put it together and that pretty much wiped him out. Our plan was for him to cook salmon on it, (unbeknown to him) but plan B was put in play. My plan B was the pellet pooper, but it was raining big time, so I did it on the kettle. My zest didn't look pretty, so it just wasn't the dinner we hoped for, but we all had a really good time
My daughter's cat got some salmon
My cats slept through dinner (too much Apple Pie Shine?)
We have big plans for New Years Eve. Got up early this morning and scored this Rib Roast
