TVWBB All-Star
Did a 13+lb prime rib for Christmas this year on the performer. Hickory for smoke. Injected and marinated with a home made concoction. Rubbed down with some Bad Byron's Butt Rub.

Cooked for about 4hrs. 130°IT rested about 45mins till everything else was ready.

sorry, no plated pix. I was hungry! Turned out very good and juicy. Hope everyone had a great Christmas.

Happy 1000th! Your prime rib looks delicious, and I never would have thought of Bad Byron's for it but I'll bet it was good!
 
Prime looking prime rib right there buddy. Doing my first prime rib on New Years / Sugar Bowl day. I hope mine turns out as good as yours.
