Hi Folks
Just had a weeks vacation in Cornwall, UK - took my JJ with me to ensure we could 'Q' six days in a row (never above 3c)
Getting ready
Fired up
Inch thick Rump Steak - Day 1
Day 2 - chilli rubbed salmon steaks
Day 3 - spatchcocked poussion, shrooms, old english sausages, toms, asparagus etc - layered foil packets due to small grill space
Day 4 - marinated lamb steaks, more sausages, chicken kebabs etc
Day 5 - rib eyes...because we could! and some small pork steaks
Day 6 - chicken wrapped in proscuitto ham kebabs
and then home to my performer
Rotisseried 1/2 leg of lamb and chicken
