The spuds were treated to EVOO/garlic/salt and an herb dusting.
The chops were marinated in salt/brown sugar/balsamic/rosemary and water for a little over six hours.
Here are the chops after being dried and hit with Dizzy Dust, (This is good stuff).
This guy left his dinner to come out and help cook once he saw me lighting the Performer. I’m a very lucky man.
Done! Both sons happened to “stop by” so it was four chops.
Plated. Nancy made corn and a pasta salad. The garlic bread as usual, was delicious. All in all, everyone enjoyed it.
