Chops on the Genni

Picked up a couple of nice bone in thick pork loin chops, in a simple brine since yesterday

Coming to room temp with Stubbs Pork Rub

Tonights brew

Indirect to 110 IT then a quck sear and then sauced with Lamberts Sweet Sauce of Mine (really good on pork)

Simple sides tonight, love em. Bush's and Musselman's Apple Sauce
