the taters were baked on a CIS inside using our neglected oven at 400ºF
topped with a butter-gaaaaalic-panko mixture.

Mr. Lampe, you make killer Hasselbäcks, that's for sure. The original recipe calls for peeled potates, but your version looks fantastic. as usual.
 
I think you should just drink them with a Shiner Bock and then you can refer to them as Hasselbocks. Problem solved. :)
