Chops ala new Bass Pro rub

Thought I'd fire up the kettle and cook some chops with this new rub.

Here are the contestants

Here is your plate. No sauce and with that rub I think bbq sauce would be a waste. Was very tasty all by itself. Check out this fine china as well.

That is fine china, we usually go with the paper versions because of the designs that are on the plate which makes the food taste better!!!
