26"OTG set up low and slo indirect to cook for at least one hour.

Sliced two large Idaho taters ala Hasselback style.

Oven roasted those dudes at 400ºF, otherwise they'd STILL be on the grill at 270ºF.

Great post Jim. Those steaks are marvelous! I'm determined to get my hasselbacks up to par this summer!...
Btw, I know chipotle has been the chili of choice on the food channel for a couple years now, but it really is tasty -- sweet, smokey, and just a warm spicy flavor, not too hot...
