It was a windy & cold day here in Southwest Colorado, thought it was a good night for chili. And gave it a try out on the WEBER in the big CI Dutch Oven
Started cooking the ground sirloin with chopped garlic, using S&P, garlic salt, Cabellas Open Season All Purpose & seasoned salt
after the ground sirloin was cooked added on chopped onion, green chili & cooked till that was done,
Time to add the can tomatoes, beans and chili and simmer for a while.Put in some brisket that we had done last weekend for good measure, sure was one of the best briskets that have done so far.
Simmered for about a hour and then on the table
Time to sit down and enjoy a bowl of Deb's HOT & spicy chili on a cold day. Thanks for looking.

Absolutely nothing like a bowl of red on a raw day. SWMBO and I were discussing our soup, stew, and chili menu for the upcoming cooler weather here as well. Yours looks great.

Outstanding looking chili!!!! Waiting for it to cool down here so I can make and enjoy a pot of chili myself!

Awesome looking chili. And perfect timing with the first blizzard warning of the year already for the lower 48 in south Dakota near you.

I love it when the chili has two kinds of meat in it. Great texture and flavor. Outstanding looking chili , brother!

Thanks everyone for the kind words. It was 22 degree's on my grill deck this morning. Hard to believe it is that cool here already. No snow here, just cold & wind. Gonna have to get the old wind blocks out.
