Chicken Tortillas

Enjoyed the beef so much made chicken. Started with boneless skinless chicken breast from SAMs Club. Marinated in the Chile lime sauce I found at SAMs a few weeks ago. Made my homemade Salsa charred on the Performer. Made homemade Fried again beans. Everything turned out great...except my iphone5 died so did not get the plated shot...first had to shovel another path to the Webers got the umpteenth time this winter. On a brighter note it was 20 degrees with no windchill...short sleeve shirt time.

Roger that is dedication to go shovel a ton of snow to cook! Sure looks like it was worth the effort though, nice cook!

the 5th photo had nothing to do with the camera dying, now did it, Roger? ;)
you'll have to make this again and only take photos of the dinner plates dude! :D
 
A true dedication to grilling out certainly includes shoveling an f-ton of snow just to get to the grill! Awesome job.
 
I like the way you charred the salsa. That's a different spin that I haven't seen before.

I hear you on the weather. I was barbecuing on the weekend when it was warm (-5*C) in short sleeves as well. We also just got dumped with snow again, so I'll once again have to bring my shovel to the back yard.

that always seems to happen Jim when I take a "selfie" of myself, I break cameras. You should see all the cracked mirrors in our home. Thanks everyone!
