Chicken thighs I deboned but left the skin on and marinated in Soy Vay Veri Veri teriyaki sauce for about 6 hours

Chicken at 165. Added some sauce to a bowl to warm up, sauce will be used to spoon over everything.

Put the thighs on indirect but they charred in seconds so no pics, here they are resting

Some vegetables stir fried in my wok with a can of pineapple chunks added in

My plate, sliced the chicken thighs and served over rice.

Great looking teriyaki John! I love the deep color. Nice touch on the pineapple stir fry. I have a cast iron wok but I have never used it on the grill. That will change soon. How do you like your cast iron grill grates? How often do you have to season them?

Regards,

John

Wow that looks good. The color is gorgeous. Since we started using veri veri teriyaki lat year it has quickly become our favorite.

Love the color on those thigh´s. A Great dish right there John. I would eat anything you cook!!

Love these grates. Probably my favorite accessory I have. Only time I need to season them is if the coals get too hot under the grate, sometimes the seasoning will burn off. I just scrap them and hit them with my BBQ brush and spray them with a little cooking spray and I'm good to go.

Damn, looks good!

Do you have a rice steamer?

Yes, we eat a lot of rice, they are pretty inexpensive and they make perfect rice every time.

John that's just too dand stinking awesome! Man I'm jealous! You crushed that one, it's gone over the wall and ain't ever coming back! Nice!
