I bought this new Paella pan some time ago & I finally broke it in last night.


The Ingredients:

Brown the chicken:

Good memory Rich, yes, I bought the pan in that link back in 2021! I also have had that link bookmarked as I used your recipe as a guide.

Well, you nailed it, Eric! I have to look through that old thread for a refresher and get my paella pan out in short order! I've tried my 16" pan on two of my stove burners, but it requires too much shuffling, and ultimately doesn't turn out the same result. Back to the live fire it is!
