Picked up some Mole Pablano made at the Mexican Grocery, very rich stuff compared to what I make and the flavor was superb added some Chicken broth to it and left it alone, delicious

Had some Chicken Quarters resting in the fridge after being seasoned with Chef Merito Polo I got from the Grill Master from LA

The CEO made her stuffing for Artichokes
And here they are ready to stem in a pot with an inch of water in there for about an hour, then she will bake them for about half an hour

Awesome job Bill!!! Made chicken mole Friday night and invited a few people to help us eat it. I hadn't made it in a long time before that and realized how much I love this meal.
We have been eating the leftovers for breakfast the last couple of mornings.
 
Bill that is awesome, like Rick said will have to try the mole. I like the stuffed chokes but Rich doesn't so I'd have to do one just for me. May try it anyway thanks for the idea!
