Chicken Legs....our way

It all started with some chicken legs that I want to be cooked on the mini with no diffuser.





Last minute I decides I want bbq sauce on them.

They went on a pan with bbq sauce. Then realized it didn't fit so I just put it how I could.

Looks good Tony, I found some smaller square pans at the dollar store that fit the mini fine. I've done chicken on the 18.5 and loved it. Did you have any flair ups or was there enough space between the chicken and the coals to not be a problem.

Great looking legs, Tony! Good improv on the pan. That's the beauty of those aluminum pans. I just usually bend them up on the corners and sides until the lid fits. Doesn't do much for your presentation at the end though!! Did the Cards - Cowboys game yesterday have anything to do with the new Avatar?

All my teams are not doing good. Lakers - Dodgers - Cowboys- good thing I don't have a hockey team otherwise it's another thing I have to keep up with....Need to take a break from them....lol
