Good husband that I am, (read “trained”), I decided to cook one of my wife’s favorites. This is boneless chicken breasts marinated for hours in a Chipolte/Lime mix and seasoned with Northwoods Fire. The gus was done with a Tarragon butter sauce, add some rice and garlic bread, and you have dinner. Almost forgot, a glass of Rhine for her and a beer for me.
Out of the marinade, and heavy on the Northwoods Fire.

Plated. Sounds like I’m bragging but this was good! A little spicy and very juicy. Yep, good!
Taking a page from Mike Cosgrove, I wasn’t planning on taking photos but we had this earlier in the week and it just looked and tasted good. London Broil.
