Chicken Cheese Steak Sandwich

I guess its sandwich week at my house.

Pounded down a chicken breast and seasoned it with black pepper and Cajun seasoning and cooked to an internal temp of 140*F


Sauteed sliced onion and peppers. I sliced the chicken into thin strips and added it to the peppers and onion but forgot to take a pic.


Nuked some potatoes in the microwave then sliced them into quarters and fried them in some canola oil till the sliced sides were brwon and crispy.


Placed a bun on the grill, added the chicken mixture on and added a couple of slices of provolone.


Added a salad and called it dinner. Thanks for lookin!!

I'm still thinking about the Pozole you made. I already told maribel she needs to make it for me.
