Chicken Breasts Stuffed w/ Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Green Olives II

OK, our dinner party ended up over at Mark Kongslie's place last night. Is it proper to use another man's grill with out his knowledge or him even being there? Mark worked late and I had a meal to do, so the heck with it!

This time around we are doing the chicken breasts boneless and skinless. This is the recipe.

I cut pockets in each breast and piped in the filling. The filling did have capers this time.

They were then placed on the grill.

Break out the cheese for a faux skin. I smoked some Swiss and Mozzarella earlier in the day. Also, we added some mushrooms on some of them.
