Chicken, Bacon, Avocado sandwich

First time posting, so here goes…

Finally we have some warm(ish) sunny weather here in New England this weekend -- so I plan on grilling and smoking all weekend all weekend long. First up, dusting off the cobwebs with a chicken, bacon and avocado sandwich.

Marinated the chicken in a mixture of greek yogurt and beer mixed with some ranch dip seasoning. Grilled on the OTK, then topped with bacon, avocado, cheddar cheese, tomato and a swipe of mayo for good measure. Amazing! The only thing that could have made it better would have been a fried egg. Mmmmm
