Cherry smoked Ribs...

Not posted in a few weeks - but these went on mid afternoon and were ready for dinner.

Simple rub of salt, pepper, mustard, brown sugar and paprika.

Smoked at 240 with cherry wood for 5 hours.

maple syrup for the last 10 min

I absolutely love the mahogany color cherry wood give ribs, and yours do not disappoint in the least!! Great looking set of ribs Tim. If they tasted 1/2 as good as they look, you were in for a treat!!
