two nice thick chuck eyes, EVOO'd Chicago steak seasoned then slapped on sundried tomatoGaaaalic

then, loaded the top of one of the eyes with 'shrooms + topped it with smoked gouda cheese

raided our garden to make a small batch of pan roasted salt and pepper radishes

That looks really good - If you look closely, you can notice that PACKER glass quivering a bit in the presence of BEAR steak seasoning - !

Very nice looking steak and sides!!! I have never tried cooking radishes, heck I don't believe I ever thought of it before, how are they?
