two nice thick chuck eyes, EVOO'd Chicago steak seasoned then slapped on sundried tomatoGaaaalic

large skillet of 'shrooms on the 22"OTG

and the eyes on....

...'shrooms next door....

...and the eyes....

then, loaded the top of one of the eyes with 'shrooms + topped it with smoked gouda cheese

I will not tell you how GREAT this was.....

raided our garden to make a small batch of pan roasted salt and pepper radishes

threw in a coupla Hasselback potatoes sans the gaaaalic and crumbs....

served up dinner to the two hungriest folks I knew today.

...with a portion of George's favourite veggies....
