Cold smoked a couple of thick cut, Tatonka Dust seasoned rib eye's using whiskey barrel pellets.

Shrimp were seasoned with Tastefully Simple Seafood & Fish seasoning.

While the rib eye's rested, grilled up some garlic toast. Love the extra char taste from cooking directly on lump, will definitely be making steaks using this method again!

Great looking flambè steaks! I didn't like the caveman style steak but someone more experienced than me said it depends on using lump instead of charcoal lump. Maybe I will give it another try.
 
Great surf and turf! I've had steak on the coals and can't really tell the difference to a well seared "on the grate steak". That said yours look delicious.
