Another soup and sandwich kind of night.
Grilled up some carne asada
Made my torta with the carne asada, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, Tapatio hot sauce, and cotija cheese, on a toasted mayo bollio. I was missing something and couldn't remember what it was. When I was half way done with my sandwich my Wife remembered, refried beans. Too late now. So my torta was good but not great, it was missing the beans.
