Carne Asada Tacos

Our favorite grocery store had marinated carne asada meat in the butcher block so I bought some to make tacos with. So let's get started!

Kim made her great guacamole and pico recipes, as well as Tony R's rice recipe.

Meanwhile I prepared the grills, started Tony's refried bean recipe and roasted some peppers and grilled the meat.

Everything done and plated.

We enjoyed the meal! The preseasoned meat had good flavor. Thanks for looking! Have a great Sunday.

Looks like a great meal Robert!! We are doing taco's tonight so I found Tony's rice and beans recipies and will try them with this meal. Have quite a bit of PP in the freezer so will do the tacos with that. This cook was an inspiration.
