Calow's Grey Cup party

Well my Stampeders were in this past weekends Grey Cup, alas we didn't win, but the little party I threw kinda made up for it.. With the wife working up in the north I invited a handful of friends over for some smoked meat, a beer tasting and well the game..

First up was some cornbread muffins

This 4.5 lbs brisket point went on mighty early on its way to some beef candy

Pulled it off after about 5 hrs when the prodding proved it was complete, not a bad smoke ring if I do say so

Smoked some dusted wings prolly a bit longer than they should have been but still tasty

There are those burnt ends, all done up after a second bath in the smoker. These disappeared rather quickly. They were tossed with my version of Number 5 (Dragon's Blood)

Finished her up with some mac n cheese and a smoked meatloaf covered with home made bacon, and here ... is your plate!
