That's what I like about your posts, expect the unexpected, I've tried cactus and I would think that is a good match with the brats. OOTB thinking for sure!
 
I see the cactus every time I go to the store, never tried them though. Not sure what they taste like? This cook would be a good test for them.
 
Looks good Jim! So after eating Cactus do you pull out the needles from your lip with your long nosed pliers?

Cut up the cactus into bite size pieces, take some bacon grease and pan fry the cactus till done, then add some eggs and scramble all together for an awesome breakfast.
 
I saw you cook cactus a long time ago and I;ve been wanting to try them ever since, I see them at the store and I need to try them.
