Bought a 6.5 lb tenderloin and broke it down into a nice Chateaubriand, eight small "breakfast" steaks and a goodly pile of yummy stew meat. BBQ'd the roast tonight over indirect RO lump, and it was delicious. Pulled at 130 internal and was rewarded with a nice Medium throughout. (I have a hard time selling Med Rare around here!)
