last Sunday, before the Pack packed it in for the season, I wrapped bacon around a few tater tots

then seasoned them with some sorta barbecue rub

tossed them in the oven for forty5 or so...

Good Stuff :D
Thanks for your time!

Professor Lampe, that is a wonderful lesson and example of living the High Life. I was curious as to what a BWTT was, and am happy I checked them out.

i should work some beverage trades out with you...I'll send you some Boulevard, you send me some Spotted Cow. Have a friend that has family in Wisconsin, and she brings me some of the New Glarus products. I tip my cap (not to be confused with cow tipping). If you have any of the BLVD products in your area, I highly reccomend the Tank 7 from their Smokehouse Collection. SingleWide and DoubleWide IPA's are great too, but the Tank 7 is out of this world.

I have to also say, I enjoy reading your posts, as well as a lot of some of the other "regulars" on here... But I always want to see what Mr Lampe is up too. Keep m livin the High Life. ;)

Can't think that anyone who has seen Jim's BWTT pictures will not try to make some.
They just look TOO good!

Never seen BWTTs before, but I love 'em! Of course, the steak, potatoes and carrots thingy looks excellent, as well. ;)

Thanks for sharing!

Love the tater tots. Try adding in some sliced jalepenos. I think you'll really enjoy it.

Pork chops look Wonderful! Another quality dinner.
