Well, the two I found in my freezer were. And their "use by" dates were in February... 2013. They're obviously hazardous waste now, so on Saturday I'm going to incinerate them for about 12 hours.

Did some last November that I had purchased back in 2010 for 0.88 per pound. Have to love cryopacking and a good freezer

They're rubbed with Wolfe Rub Original, and will be cooked tomorrow over lump charcoal and hickory wood. I found a book on alchemy and I'm going to turn them into gold.

I just purchase 2 boneless butts for 1.99 on sale. That probably won't happen again.

Sorry, no pics. It was nearly midnight by the time I got them pulled, and I ain't as young as I used to be. I did have a sandwich for lunch today, and the results were good. I don't think I ever had two butts take that long to cook - almost 16 hours.

I bought 4 PB at $0.99/lb in August! I spent a total of $36 and change on 4 butts! Just smoked the last one this past weekend.
