Thank you for all the kind words! Ribs turned out great, juicy with a thin bark and full of flavor. I rubbed on Montreal and garlic powder. First time with beef ribs. Burgers were juicy too. A good friend gave me an instant read thermometer which gives me confidence my cooks aren't under/over cooked.
