Bud Duals cook

Well NASCAR is fired back up tonight with the Duals. So...I had to grill. I used the WSM with the water pan removed. I went with some Bruschetta, Stuffed 'Shrooms, Bacon Wrapped Taters (dusted with dry Ranch Dressing Mix), and Pineapple/Soy/Brown Sugar marinated Chicken Tenderloin Skewers. I finished it off with Grilled Fruit Skewers glazed with honey and butter.
