Its officially my second cook on this thing, and I officially love it.
3.25 pounder injected with beef broth and rubbed with A1 dry rub.

Loaded up the ring with Stubbs and some hickory, put a cut beer can tallboy in the middle for the minion.

Looks great! Look at all that charcoal leftover :) I experience the same thing on my lil Mini WSM.. Love it cause it is a money saver. Good for everyday cooks for feeding 2-6 people.
 
Now I want to build one. I wish I could find a brisket. I have wanted to cook one for two weeks with no luck. Yours looks great. How do you like the mini chimney?
