Like the title says brined these for 6 hours in one of those dry turkey brines you add water to and boil. Pulled and hit them with some oakridge SPOGOS and on the PK fat end towards the heat while I watched the news.
Spread the coals at 130 and seared like a minute or so for 5-6 flips for an even sear. These looked a little pink but temp was right.16AEDF2C-D311-4A5E-94BF-1CD924C56915.jpeg66E9911B-FF3C-4DCD-8C75-DBDC41506AC2.jpegEDA0AFF8-3199-4817-8DCB-20F2D633A666.jpegD01F4E48-53AB-414A-BAFC-7A54DA2EEB55.jpeg4010CC96-EFF6-4777-B263-1440A3A1521D.jpeg

Thanks guys. If anyone is interested this brine is really good Ive used it on turkey, chicken, and pork. I used like a half inch of this container for the 2 tenderloins so it lasts awhile. Costco had it around thanksgiving for $8 gonna grab a couple this year.FE849ABC-D504-4E74-BDB1-E577CD124A26.png
