Late last month I followed Bob's Bacon Made Easy and today i fried some up with the camera at hand.

added a few jumbos from the hen..

seasoned with Northwoods Fire and California Pepper.
..........................Tossed on a little shredded cheeses too

....................

sure beats cheerios!
