$4.20 a dozen, not bad now a days. kalifornia made it a law that chickens have to have "humane" living conditions and the price of eggs have skyrocketed since. Use to get 4 flats for $6, now it costs $20+
 
bought a dozen extra large "boneless chickens" the other day for $2.79.
guess they aren't trying to humanize them here, yet.

We're cutting edge here on the left coast :)

Pretty soon, we'll have to send our chickens to Cabo for vacation...
