Bone in strips on the OTG

It's , like 60 degrees here in Metrowest Boston and Friday night seemed like a good night to throw a steak on the OTG...so I did! Dusted with MSS

Sat outside while these cooked and enjoyed an adult beverage.


These came out a perfect mid rare with a very nice beef flavor and that special strip steak chew. I apologize for the lack of a plated pic , but daddy was Hongry!
And just cuz I like you guys I'm throwing in the newest pic of my newest grand daughter.
