Evening folks...I saw Mr. Correll's awesome chicken this morning and dinner was decided for tonight!! I took some thighs out of the deep freeze, did a quick thaw and soaked them all day in EVOO and Italian seasoning(no salad dressing in the house)...came home from work and realized that I had no panko, so I found my stash of stove top from Costco, sacrificed a package and crushed it up and added it to the thighs with a bit of parm..went out and fired up the performer and got a cool one for the cook!

Got things going indirect!

After a bit I splashed some butter lemon juice on the chicken(I hear you cannot forget this step) and started some of Tony's veggies!!(onion, corn and diced up zuchini and a couple pats of butter)

Veggies cheesed up!

As Bill says"done and in"....

All plated up with veggies, chicken and parm noodles..and another beer!!

Good stuff!! Thanks for looking..my pics are now where near Bob's quality..no bird pics either but the chicken was super!!

Thanks Bob for a great dinner idea!! Again love this site!!

Take care!!

I love that breading. Plated picture looks really good. Never tried the butter lemon juice...intriguing. Is that on this site?

You're very welcome Morgan, but please, you give me too much credit.

The chicken looks awesome!
But I gotta tell you, that zuke veggie cheese dish had my tail wagging like Gerti waitin' for you to drop a morsel!

Looks awesome Morgan! That Veggie dish is a winner in my house to! Made it the other day, it was requested again before we even finished!

Great looking cook all the way around. Love the golden crust. On anything. Actually on everything. Skillet vets look dang good too
