plain ol' potatoes and boring garden beans will hafta do.
I'm certain Bob's pork steaks ARE MUCH better than mine, but i'll say, these weren't too bad.
Thank you for your time...
Hoping some winner in the throwdown contest picks a Pork Steak TD;)
Thanks again for dealin' with my stuff:p

Hey Jim. If I ever win one of those things, I'll pick pork steaks. Sadly, my supplier no longer supplies them!!! What do I do??!

Oh! And those pork steaks look good enough to eet!!

Bob and Jim, Jim and Bob...pork steaks don't stand a friggin' chance with either of you! They're the only meat that I can count on to turn out good, but I'm still a LONG ways from you two! Keep 'em comin'!!!

There was a little red shack by the side of the road in Kentucky that used to serve pork steak every Thursday as the lunch special. They were great... but don't hold a candle to you guys!

Man those pork steaks look awesome, never seen a pork steak in the stores, is it a cut off a large
pork loin? <<<<Newb

Please explain the cut.

Thanks Jeff

Your pork steaks look terrific Jim!
As well as your sides!

To be honest, I much prefer the way you and I normally cook 'em.
Indirect, lower and slower.
I do the Maull's sauce boat thing maybe once a year, to stay with the more traditional St Louis way, else I might get deported. ;)

OK, now with you and Bob C doing excellent pork steaks, I'll have to do some too! Thanks for the recommendation Jim.
