Blue Smoke at 6:00am! It's on!

Smoke day has begun at my place. Up at 5:00 and got the smoker prepped and ready. By 5:20, I was lighting the fire. While the charcoal was getting ready, I prepared a 7.75lb butt with Chris Lily's championship injection and rub. At 6:02, I put the butt on the WSM. Dang, already two minutes behind.

Your title reminds me of the time I used the acronym 'TBS' (aka thin blue smoke) and Jim Lampe thought is was an acronym for 'total BS'. LOL
