Blue Bacon Cheeseburgers

Round 1

Picked up a ~5# wheel of blue cheese on Thursday

These were big-flat patties, ~5.5oz each, in a 12" lodge CI pan

Round 2 (yesterday)

same batch of ~5.5oz ground chuck patties

put enough blue cheese on to make people wonder if you're messing with them

I'm not sure that I've ever cooked a single piece of bacon before. I cooked just one because cooked bacon doesn't stand a chance around me.

Oven blue cheese tots. I've had blue cheese nachos, I figured "why not"?

Too much ketchup too

Round 3 (sharp cheddar, today)

don't step away from the bacon! (bottom section of 18" WSM - ribs are next)

cooks quick with a full ring, ashed over:

bulls-eye original bbq sauce

coming up: 2 racks of spares
