After seeing Tony’s post on Plum Chicken, I went out and grabbed some chicken breasts. Somehow I got outvoted and it was decided I should cook these ala Spanish Chicken. I’ve done this before so actually I was kind of happy everyone wanted it again. Basically this is EVOO, tarragon, orange, lemon, garlic, chile and a little Penzey’s Berbere I threw in.
Buddy is NOT a happy camper! He got busted licking the grill before I put it on the coals and assumed this position the whole cook. He never even looked back once! The dog hates me!!!!!!!!!!!! I have the trump card however thanks to Mr. Lampe……Frosty Paws. I’ll play this one later.

Nancy mixed up some zucchini and peppers with EVOO and Penzey’s Northwoods. Yum!
No plated pics. We had guests and I was told to behave myself. No leftovers either so it was probably good. As always…. Thanks for looking.
