My wife said this should be considered healthy grilling. 
So here's what was grilled.
Today I used the weber Q
Grilled the boneless chicken and seasoned with lemon pepper and black pepper.
Then got the CI and added 1 whole onion and celery and seasoned with black pepper.
Then mixed in the chicken and added more black pepper.
Here's your plate. Add soy sauce and sriracha sauce if you want.
