Yes. We have a joint here in Greenville that advertises that they close when they run out of Q. It is called B's BBQ and they are only open for lunch. Some days they close at 12:30 PM.

We just had a good authentic bbq joint open up here like this! Im going to suggest they put up a sign similar to this one next time im there. I was in there last weekend and they were sold out which i was fine with, but i dont think a lot of people undersand why.

I wish we had one around here. Nothing good in town at all. It's very common to get reheated ribs, brisket, etc. Some are shameless about reheating in a microwave before serving.
