Sauteed some onions in butter and when they were finished I added about a 1/4 cup brown sugar
Some fresh brats from a local meat market in a pan with some Shock Top Belgium White beer and the onions and simmered for about 15 minutes
While the brats were simmering I cooked a 1/4 lb hot dog for my youngest Son.
Took the Brats out of their bath and gave them a quick sear.
Brats on some toasted buns, with the onions and some Dijon Mustard and served with some chips and some pickle spears.
