37lbs down, lots to go. I'm not starving myself but just making better choices, smaller portions, less bread and pasta. I was craving some beef so picked up a couple of nice 12oz tenderloins. Prepped em with some rub (mix of Blues Hog and some personal favourites)
Indirect on the Performer with a little piece of cherry
Mushroom, garlic and baby kale in the saute pan
Ending with a sear
Plated with some sirraccha and horseradish
So damn good and my beef cravings have been satisfied for a week or two.
Anyone trying to lose weight I HIGHLY reccommend a site called myfitnesspal. Its an amazing way to track what you eat and the best weight loss tool I have every found.
