Picked these up at Costco. First and only time I've ever seen my Costco have the full beef short plate ribs. Did them just like a brisket. Seasoned with SPOG, put them on for about 4 hours over oak and hickory chunks and then wrapped in butcher paper for about 3 more hours until probe tender. Then grilled some zuchhini and squash.
